Principal Oracle HCM Consultant – ANZ DXC Technology is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organizations. We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Oracle HCM Consultant to join our ANZ team. This role provides strategic guidance to clients, oversees end-to-end solution delivery, and ensures that HCM capabilities align with business objectives and industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and functional design activities.Configure HCM modules and ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements.Advise HR and IT leaders on strategy, process improvements, and HCM roadmap decisions.Oversee testing, data quality, issue resolution, and overall project delivery standards.Present solutions to stakeholders and facilitate key workshops and design sessions.Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing and methodology improvements.Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and identify opportunities for system enhancement.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with payroll experience and 3rd party applications.Proven experience serving as a functional lead or principal consultant on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.Expertise across all Oracle HCM Cloud modules with expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labour, Fast formulas.Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Ability to lead cross‐functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Oracle Cloud HCM certifications strongly preferred.On OfferCompetitive remuneration packageNovated leasingDiscounted health insurancePurchase leave programReferral bonus schemeOpportunity to work with a diverse and highly skilled teamWe have adopted a hybrid working approach that acknowledges the importance of in‐person collaboration while recognising that the determination of your work location will be based on a range of factors to ensure both individual preferences and operational requirements are met.#J-18808-Ljbffr
