We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and governance support for a large-scale renewable energy project based in Sale, Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on a significant Victorian Government initiative for a Major International Company. About the Role In this role, you will support the Project Manager in delivering project reporting, governance activities, and essential administrative tasks. You will be responsible for preparing meeting minutes, monthly reports, and providing ad hoc support across the project. The role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to the success of a complex, long-term infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely project reports, including monthly reporting for stakeholders Take and distribute professional meeting minutes Support governance processes and maintain project documentation Complete ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally Uphold confidentiality and maintain high attention to detail About You 5–10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role Highly organised, energetic, and driven, with the ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing formal reports and working within governance frameworks Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working in a project environment White Card – either currently held or willingness to acquire Formal training in Business Administration or Contracts Administration (preferred) What’s on Offer Competitive salary: $95,000 – $100,000 Super 2-year fixed-term contract linked to the project duration Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (38 hours/week), onsite in Sale Chance to be part of a major renewable energy project with an international organisation How to Apply All applications MUST be received via the GBS Recruitment website (www.gbsrecruitment.com.au), Job 984634 and include a cover letter outlining your experience.
