This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll work as part of a dynamic team focused on fostering skills development in a respectful and secure environment.As a Trade Instructor in the Waste Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:Delivering employment in waste management to improve prisoner employabilityConducting daily tool audits, managing equipment maintenance, and overseeing inmate safety in the work areaPromoting the value of employment, education and vocational training within the correctional facilitySupporting the rehabilitation of prisoners by encouraging program participation and providing valuable skill-building opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with Work Health & Safety policies and correctional standardsSerco is a place for youYou are an experienced professional with a passion for Industries training and rehabilitation.
