We are seeking a seasoned Night Manager to lead our Front Office Team during the overnight shift. This pivotal role oversees nightly operations, manages accounting and audits, reconciles transactions, and produces financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests
* Manage accounting and audits, reconcile transactions, and produce financial reports
Safety and Security
The Night Manager is responsible for ensuring the resort's safety and security with regular property checks and promoting smooth communication between departments.
Team Leadership
You will motivate your team and embody Accor's values to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications
* Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all types of guests and team members
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
