Job Overview
Goodstart is looking for a Casual Educator to support our centres and children.
Employment type: Casual; shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm.
Pay: $40.93 – $46.10 per hour plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
* Engage and supervise children at all times.
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
* Have a Current QLD Working with Children Check.
* Be willing to travel between local services.
* Have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm.
