The successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service in line with our brand and policies.
* Greet guests warmly, address their queries, and ensure a positive hotel impression.
* Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately, maintain accurate records, and follow standard procedures.
* Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, and uphold our standards of appearance and cleanliness at the front desk.
