Corporate Partnership and Volunteer CoordinatorJob No:SVDP347763Location:Box HillJoin one of Victoria's leading not for profits and be a part of something big!Competitive Salary + Tax reducing salary packageFull time | Ongoing Role | Location: Box Hill | Monday to FridayFor more than 170 years we have been providing practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria whose daily struggles can include putting food on the table, paying essential utilities and ensuring their children remain at school to obtain an education.Our organisation provides many services and programs, including soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), which assist some of Victoria’s most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis and family violence, and the elderly.Little bit about the roleThe Corporate Program and Volunteer Coordinator is a pivotal role within St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria, responsible for overseeing the management, development, and coordination of the corporate volunteer program. This role will play a critical part in fostering strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring the successful execution of corporate volunteer initiatives, including the CEO Sleepout, establishing new philanthropic relationships with corporates, and contributing to the overall fundraising strategy. This position is integral to driving engagement and support from the corporate sector, who will ultimately contribute to the mission of St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria.Your responsibilitiesCorporate Volunteer Program Management:Design, implement and grow the corporate volunteer program, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and maintaining consistent volunteer experiences.CEO Sleepout Coordination:Lead the planning, promotion and delivery of the annual CEO Sleepout event, engaging corporate leaders and managing all event logistics.Corporate Partnerships:Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to drive volunteer engagement, secure financial support and deliver tailored corporate social responsibility initiatives.Fundraising Support:Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate donations, contribute to broader fundraising initiatives and support event-based fundraising activities.Program Administration and Reporting:Maintain accurate program records, deliver impact reports and ensure compliance with organisational policies and safety standards.About youYou are a passionate and strategic relationship builder with experience in corporate engagement, volunteer program management and event coordination.
