This role will play a critical part in fostering strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring the successful execution of corporate volunteer initiatives, including the CEO Sleepout, establishing new philanthropic relationships with corporates, and contributing to the overall fundraising strategy. This position is integral to driving engagement and support from the corporate sector, who will ultimately contribute to the mission of St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria.Your responsibilitiesCorporate Volunteer Program Management:Design, implement and grow the corporate volunteer program, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and maintaining consistent volunteer experiences.CEO Sleepout Coordination:Lead the planning, promotion and delivery of the annual CEO Sleepout event, engaging corporate leaders and managing all event logistics.Corporate Partnerships:Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to drive volunteer engagement, secure financial support and deliver tailored corporate social responsibility initiatives.Fundraising Support:Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate donations, contribute to broader fundraising initiatives and support event-based fundraising activities.Program Administration and Reporting:Maintain accurate program records, deliver impact reports and ensure compliance with organisational policies and safety standards.About youYou are a passionate and strategic relationship builder with experience in corporate engagement, volunteer program management and event coordination.
