About your opportunity: * Provide expert guidance, leadership and advice to all directorates of the CHHHS in relation to NDIS processes, NDIA and community disability networks and length of stay issues as impacted by complex needs, and provide independent, high level, specialist clinical Mental Health Occupational Therapy case management and consultancy as required. * Utilise specialised and advanced level of Mental Health Occupational Therapy knowledge and skills in the area of NDIS and complex discharge planning to provide advice, clinical guidance and consultation to CHHHS senior management, clinical staff and other relevant stakeholders. * Utilise high level communication to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of diverse key stakeholders, including the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and associated community partners, NDIS Providers across the disability sector, Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), as well as MHAODS senior managers, treating teams, people with a disability and their families/carers, and any other relevant internal and external key stakeholders.
