Leadership Role in Laboratory Operations
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our laboratory team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
This role involves providing hands-on leadership and guidance to ensure accurate sampling, analysis, and reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, directing, and monitoring daily activities of the laboratory work conducted by the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coal testing and analysis, with experience in managing teams and ensuring quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate effective use of risk management tools
* Monitor team performance and intervene when necessary
* Lead and direct daily laboratory activities
* Coordinate workload and involve other branches as required
* Develop and implement training programs
* Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
* Recruit and onboard new team members
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of Sampling, Preparation, Analysis, Validation, and Reporting
* Medium level knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Proven time management experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Coal Laboratories
