A large-scale family winter event launching in Liverpool NSW this June – and we need someone who knows how to keep an event operation running smoothly from the ground up.
The role
* Work from home 3–4 days per week, with on-site presence when required
* Immediate start through to 1 August, with possible extension to October or January for the right person
* Weekends involved, occasional travel, fast‐paced environment
* Supplier coordination, logistics, admin, scheduling – the full picture
You'll have
* 3–5 years of live events experience and strong organisational and admin skills
* Comfortable with new technology
* Calm under pressure
Additional skills a bonus: forklift/EWP, rigging, driver's licence, WWC or CAD experience.
