About the role
Join one of Australia's leading stair manufacturers based at our Molendinar branch as a full-time CNC Operator! You'll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team in our dynamic CNC department, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in crafting custom, high-quality stair components using world-class technology.
What you'll be doing
* Producing various solid timber stair components
* Regular maintenance and upkeep of machines and tools
* Troubleshooting manufacturing problems
* Completing quality control checks and forms
* Working safely in a supportive team environment
You'll work on the following machines
* Flatbed Woodtron
* Pod & Rail 5axis Biesse Rover A
* Pod & Rail 5axis Biesse Rover C
* Rod & Rail 5axis SCM
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, precision, and pride in craftsmanship. Ideally, you have:
* Experience operating CNC machines (timber preferred)
* A current Australian drivers licence
* A trade qualification (carpentry or joinery preferred)
* Experience in timber manufacturing or a similar industry (bonus points!)
