Inventory Manager Position
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the storage, distribution, and inventory of materials and supplies within the organization. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain by maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating the receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods.
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update the inventory system regularly.
* Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and prepare inventory reports as required.
* Ensure that all materials and supplies are stored safely, organized, and easily accessible.
* Coordinate the receipt and inspection of incoming materials to confirm they match purchase orders.
* Manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet operational needs.
This position requires a high level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years in inventory, supply chain, or stores in a resource sector.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software (Pronto preferred).
* Forklift Licence.
* IT & Loader Ticket.
* Working at Heights.
* WA Driver's Licence - C Class.
* Australian Working Rights.
