This position manages equipment under the Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA), demonstrating the value of Equipment Health Management (EHM), and working with Solar Regional/District field operations to maintain and enhance Service Quality and Customer relationships.
Responsibilities include participating in Solar HSSE programs, incident review, and workplace hazard assessments.
Nature and Scope
1. Reporting primarily to the Operations Manager, or to the Senior Fleet Manager depending on structure.
2. Providing operational and technical direction to Fleet Engineers and field personnel.
3. Acting as the technical focal point for LTSA-covered equipment.
4. Providing commercial support and acting as liaison for financial decisions.
5. Maintaining clear communication with key personnel.
6. Ensuring service delivery using People, Processes, and Technology.
7. Work environment may involve remote locations and travel.
8. Position may serve multiple customers or a single one.
9. Adhere to the scope of services for LTSA equipment.
10. Track and promote the value of services provided.
11. Support InSight Connect implementation for equipment.
12. Assist in identifying refurbishment opportunities and managing documentation post-project.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Manage alerts using InSight System, documenting actions and resolutions.
2. Promote alerts to Customer Advisory to Change in Health (CATCH).
3. Elevate high-value CATCHs to Preventive Action Reports (PAR).
4. Review and manage service bulletins.
5. Maintain engine history records.
6. Optimize overhaul schedules using operational data.
7. Document unplanned downtime and maintain data characterization.
8. Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
9. Perform remote troubleshooting via InSight LiveView.
10. Generate concise customer reports on operational and technical activities.
11. Maintain document management system.
12. Plan and review condition assessments.
13. Host performance review meetings.
14. Drive failure investigations and analyze site data.
15. Support operational improvements and maintenance optimization.
16. Recommend critical spares and stock levels.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated technical management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline, with 3-5 years' experience in Power Generation/Oil & Gas industries.
