Therapy Support Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Therapy Support Assistant to work in our Day Therapy Center.
About the Role
* This role involves supporting the delivery of therapeutic programs aimed at enhancing the health, independence and quality of life of older adults living in the community.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or related discipline and experience in aged care and/or home care. They should also have strong communication skills, be able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate a client-centric approach.
