About The Opportunity
As Dance Studio Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations, staff, and service delivery across two vibrant studio locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee smooth operations across both studio sites
* Support programs, events, marketing, and budget tracking
* Deliver outstanding customer service and manage enrolments
* Handle staff onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews
* Lead and support teachers and admin staff with a focus on excellence
About You
You're a motivated and organised leader with a strong focus on service, systems, and people.
You Will Bring:
* 3+ years' experience working with children or in a youth-focused setting
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* A genuine appreciation for the performing arts and alignment with studio values
* Strong business knowledge and confidence with systems, planning and reporting
* Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
