Job Description:
As the Front-of-House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining establishment. You will lead by example, fostering a positive environment for our staff and ensuring that our patrons receive outstanding service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers and baristas.
* Train new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
* Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area, ensuring it meets high standards.
* Oversee inventory of bakery supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
* Implement and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and enjoyable dining environment.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
* Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Understanding of point-of-sale software.
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
