Optical Administration Assistant
The primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience at every visit. The role involves greeting patients, managing front desk reception with accuracy, coordinating appointments, recalls, and patient records, handling phone enquiries with a polished manner, processing payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS), and assisting patients in selecting frames once trained.

Requirements:

* Familiarity with EFTPOS and HICAPS systems an advantage
