About the Role:
As an Employment Consultant, you'll manage a caseload of job seekers and provide tailored support to help them overcome barriers and succeed in the workforce. Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Assisting with resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation
* Developing individual action plans aligned with participant goals
* Providing post‑placement support to maintain sustainable employment
* Referring participants to community services for additional assistance
* Motivating and coaching individuals to engage in training, job search, and community activities
