Duties include
- Preparation and baking of White Sourdough, Wholemeal Sourdough, 7 Grain Sourdough, Light Rye Sourdough, Dark Rye Sourdough and Fig and Berry Sourdough loaves of bread;
- Performing cutting, moulding and mixing dough skills for artisan bread and sourdough bread products;
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times;
- Precisely scale, shape and score loaves. Assure finished baked products meet quality standards;
- Mix and process dough, set time and temperature for the best proving and baking procedures;
- Accurately follow recipes in the preparation of all dough. Correctly and safely utilize all mixing, lamination and baking equipment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
