We pride ourselves on providing clean, comfortable, and friendly accommodation for travelers, families, and corporate guests. We're currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Motel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless stay.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day motel operations including check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping, and guest relations
* Oversee front desk operations, including reservations, payments, and customer service
* Manage housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of rooms and facilities
* Supervise and train staff (housekeeping, maintenance, admin as needed)
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Monitor occupancy, revenue, and expenses; prepare reports as required
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements
* Coordinate with booking platforms (e.g.,, Expedia, etc.) and manage online reviews
* Perform minor maintenance tasks if required.
About You
* Proven experience in motel, hotel, or accommodation management
* Strong customer service and leadership skills
* Ability to manage staff rosters, budgets, and operational tasks
* Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Proficient in using booking/reservation systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Motel, Hotel, or Accommodation Manager.
* Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management.
* A hands-on, proactive manager who can lead by example
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage a small team and delegate tasks effectively
* Competence with booking systems, online travel agents (e.g.,, Expedia), and general admin
* Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
* Flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and after-hours as needed
* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Basic maintenance or handyman skills are an advantage
* Suitable for individuals or couples willing to reside on-site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
