We’re looking for an experienced Finance Broker to join our team in Underwood, working across consumer and automotive lending with a consistent flow of warm inbound enquiries.
This role sits within a fast-paced, high-volume environment where the focus is on progressing deals efficiently, maintaining strong compliance standards, and delivering clear, professional outcomes for clients.
We operate with clear expectations around performance, ownership, and teamwork, and continue to strengthen our systems and processes as we grow.
The Opportunity
100% warm inbound leads provided
End-to-end ownership of deals from enquiry through to settlement
Work across a broad lender panel and varied credit profiles
Collaborative team environment with deal workshopping and shared knowledge
Base salary + commission + performance bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the full lending journey from enquiry to settlement
Conducting detailed fact-finds aligned with responsible lending obligations
Structuring deals based on customer position and lender appetite
Maintaining accurate, compliant, and complete documentation
Following up consistently to ensure deals continue progressing
Working with the team to improve deal structure and approval outcomes

What You Bring
Demonstrated experience managing lending
end-to-end (enquiry through to settlement)
Strong working knowledge of NCCP and responsible lending obligations
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and documentation quality
Professional communication and strong client focus
A practical, solutions-focused approach to getting deals done properly
