As our Operations Coordinator, you will:
* Be our clients' primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service over the phone and via email.
* Ensure seamless experiences whilst coordinating between our clients and skilled technicians.
* Schedule the installation, maintenance and repairs for residential home lifts, keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine.
* Tackle administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
To excel in this role, you should:
* Possess confident, professional communication skills (phone and email).
* Demonstrate proven experience in rostering and scheduling.
* Exhibit strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
