About the Role:
* Lead the development of strategies and workplans addressing the relevant Review recommendations (Actions 7.1 to 7.6).
* Apply expert knowledge of clinical and non-clinical supports within mental health and disability sectors.
* Provide policy analysis and strategic advice to support legislative reform under the Disability Act.
* Deliver thought leadership and technical expertise on key psychosocial disability issues.
* Engage and maintain relationships with psychosocial disability groups, peak organisations, providers and the broader disability community.
* Contribute to the development of both short-term and long-term Agency strategies and policies.

About You
* Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, strategy development and research within complex environments.
* Skilled communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Strong senior stakeholder management skills across Government and sector organisations.
* Proven subject matter expertise in psychosocial disability, mental health or disability sectors.
* Deep understanding of the NDIS Act, PGPA Act, and broader policy environment.
* Desirable: Experience leading large-scale reform projects in disability, mental health, education, justice or social services sectors.
