About The Role
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative services to support the delivery of the activities of the headspace centre.
This is a fixed term full time role up to 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension due to ongoing funding.

Duties
* Overall day to day administrative support
* Provide exceptional customer service face to face and over the phone
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Skills & Experience
* Relevant training and experience in administration in a fast-paced environment. Previous medical administration experience is an advantage.
* Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications and ability to learn new IT systems and clinical systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills including being approachable, polite, friendly and helpful.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively organise and plan workload to ensure that deadlines are met
* Ability to be flexible, learn new skills, have attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work independently when required but also to work cooperatively as part of a team
* Current drivers' licence and willingness to travel as part of the role

headspace provides support to young people aged 12-25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health issues. The multidisciplinary team at headspace Liverpool work to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people.
Grand Pacific Health is the lead agency of headspace Liverpool. We are a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally-tailored, high quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT.
