What Will You Do?
As a Growth Marketing Manager (CRO & Ecommerce Optimization) at Happy Mammoth, you will own on‐site commercial performance across all stores and Amazon, protecting and growing revenue per visitor and conversion rates. You will lead funnel and page development, overseeing structured A/B testing to validate performance before scaling and monitoring post‐launch impact. Additionally, you will direct product launches and campaigns, briefing designers and developers while coordinating with paid media for measurable success from day one.
