Seeking an experienced Construction Manager to deliver luxury residential builds on the Northern Gold Coast Your new company Hays Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established, family-owned construction group based on the Gold Coast.

Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Luxury Residential to oversee high-end bespoke home builds from pre-construction through to completion. You will initially take charge of active luxury residential projects on the Northern Gold Coast, with an ASAP start available. Longer term, this role will play a key part in delivering multiple prestige homes and future low-rise apartment developments.
Key responsibilities include: End-to-end project management of luxury residential builds High-level plan and documentation interpretation
Programme, cost and quality control across multiple projects Selecting, managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Maintaining strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders
Ensuring WHS, compliance and quality standards are consistently met Taking true ownership of projects from start to finish This role offers a high level of autonomy and is best suited to someone who takes pride in being accountable for their work.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience managing luxury or high-end residential construction projects
Strong trade and supplier networks within the residential construction market Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills High personal standards, strong morals and a solid work ethic
A long-term mindset and desire to build a lasting career with one business Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the business professionally Candidates from high-volume residential builders who aspire to transition into bespoke luxury homes are encouraged to apply.
