What You Will Be Doing
* Develop and deliver engaging, play based educational programs that spark curiosity and support development
* Build warm, responsive and respectful relationships that help children feel safe, confident and connected
* Reflect on childrens learning to continually enhance program quality
* Maintain a safe, healthy and inclusive learning environment aligned with the National Quality Framework
* Communicate openly and professionally with families about their childs progress and needs
* Collaborate with colleagues and model best practice for educators and students
What You Will Bring
* An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management training
* Willingness to obtain a Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
* A passion for early learning, a commitment to quality, and a warm, collaborative approach
