The role involves leading a dynamic service that supports the growth and development of educators.
* Manage a team of passionate Educators running engaging programs at primary schools for children aged 5-12 years.
* Create and lead child-centered programs packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration.
About the Opportunity
* Work across split shifts to support vibrant programs (Monday to Friday, 6:30-9:00 am and 2:30-6:00 pm).
