* Experience facilitating agile events and coordinating technical refinement sessions.
* Demonstrates ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within scope, while effectively managing interdependencies and resource allocation.
* Demonstrated experience resolving complex issues, removing blockers and impediments in project delivery.
* Certification in Agile delivery planning and project management and experience in Azure DevOps.
