With our diverse skill sets, experience and knowledge, we deliver a wide range of services from concept development and strategic thinking, through to creative and asset delivery.
We believe in people, both our own, our partners, and clients. Through relationship building, nurturing and care, we foster a trusting relationship that allows us to push the boundaries in our creative, and our thinking.
What are we doing?
We are building a team of like-minded individuals, that operate both independently and collaboratively, to help realise our clients' visions, as well as our own, and to produce a team and work that we are proud to promote as our own.
The role and responsibilities;
There is no average day as an account manager, but you'll ensure our clients feel confident that projects will be delivered smoothly. Our designers also rely on you to feel supported and deliver amazing creative.
With the support of the Client Services Director and Managing Director you'll:
* Be the client's voice in the Studio. From brief writing to reviewing creative concepts, managing budgets and timelines, our Account's team always keep the client at front of mind.
* Embrace the admin! We try to keep our processes pretty straight forward but keeping on top of quoting, invoices, studio scheduling and assigning 'to do's' to the designers ensure the studio runs smoothly.
* Managing and tracking resources to keep projects on budget and on time and flagging if there could be any issues which could cause delays with the project team.
* Developing cost proposals and an overarching timelines and approaches for new business enquiries
* Developing and facilitating workshops and assisting with creative strategy
* Attend client meetings, briefings and presentations with the Client Services Director and Managing Director and prepare post-meeting contact reports.
* From time to time, there may be other responsibilities or requests in addition to the above
To succeed, you will have:
* 4-6 years agency experience, and a strong back-ground in property would be preferred
* Excellent time management and organisational skills - you love lists and there is nothing more exciting than a meticulously implemented timeline.
* See problems before they arise and work with the team to come up with solutions.
* You don't need to be a copywriter, but strong written skills is important to succinctly communicate the brief to the studio and back to the client. Brand strategy and narrative is where we get to be creative!
* Attention to detail with spelling, grammar, and cross-checking client amends. There's no such thing as an account manager who is too pedantic.
* Proficiency in Google Suite within an Apple Mac environment - it would also be excellent if you have experience with InDesign and Figma, but not a deal breaker!
* Strong interpersonal skills: a positive team player, excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team and independently.
The details:
* Full-time from our Collingwood office
* Must be Melbourne-based and legally entitled to work in Australia
