**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and proactive **IT Support Specialist** to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and support of our **Titan DMS (Dealership Management System)** across a network of 500 users located along the Queensland coast.
This role is hands-on and varied, combining day-to-day IT support with involvement in project implementation. You will provide both **on-site and remote support**, so flexibility and professionalism are key. A **deep understanding and experience with Titan DMS** is essential.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely, professional IT support for a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Administer and maintain the **Titan DMS system**, including reporting, database maintenance, system configuration, pricing updates, operation codes, and manufacturer-specific settings
- Deliver on-site and remote desktop, server, and network support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing effective, long-term solutions
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backup procedures to ensure operational continuity
- Accurately document all support activities and maintain a comprehensive incident log
- Work collaboratively with the broader IT team to share knowledge and enhance service delivery
- Train and assist end-users to improve their use and understanding of IT systems
- Participate in IT projects and deployments as needed
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within a **rapid-paced, dealership or automotive environment**:
- **Extensive experience with Titan DMS is required**:
- Hands-on expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Experience with **Windows Server, Active Directory**, and **Group Policy management**:
- Strong knowledge of **TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and router configuration**:
- Experience deploying and managing **Cisco Meraki** networks is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with the **installation and configuration of HP and Sharp printers**:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator) are highly valued
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for end-user support and team collaboration
- Relevant technical certifications will be highly regarded
- Must hold a **valid Australian driver's licence** for site visits
