Posted Date: 9 Feb 2026 Location: Guildford PDC, WA, AU Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor, the Store person – Leading Hand, will join our Dispatch team on a Permanent Fulltime basis at our Guildford location. This role involves assisting with overseeing a team, which is focussed on preparing and sending goods out for delivery. Daily tasks such as picking and packing customer orders, Radio Frequency (RF) scanning, processing customer order data into the Warehouse Management Systems. There is an element of running various shifts whilst the Supervisor is unavailable. About Parts Distribution Warehouse (PDC) Our 24/7 PDC holds 75K Cat® product lines, shipping 300K lines/month. We use the DEMATIC system for 18K+ small parts, and provide rack and yard storage, hose-building, parts inspection, REMAN, pick-packing, and customer pickups with multiple Warehouse Management Systems for accurate deliveries. Roster: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am, 8.5 Hours per day (including meal break) What You’ll Do:
* Check orders against dispatch list
* Picking and packing
* Updating dispatch records into Warehouse Management System
* Quality checks
* Support with training of staff
* General problem solving and troubleshooting
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role will guide you to success
* Positive attitude with great attention to detail
* Computer literacy - inclusive of MS Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
