Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* At least 5+ years' experience, including high-spec multi-residential projects
* Proficiency in Revit is mandatory
* Extensive technical, construction, and detailing knowledge
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
* Sound knowledge of local building regs and codes
