**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic** Storeperson** to join our high performing warehouse team based in **Newcastle **to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders (freight management)
- Receive incoming goods from suppliers and customers and check for damage and discrepancies resolving any issues against invoices and/or other documentation
- Conducting sorting, loading and unloading of vehicles
- Assisting with telephone sales, counter sales and other aspect of the branch
- Maximising customer service levels
- General Housekeeping duties
What you will need to succeed:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) including liaising with Suppliers
- Dedicated, reliable, and committed with a strong work ethic;
- A high attention to detail;
- Customer first focused.
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft office skills, understanding of Dynamics 365 highly regarded
- Forklift license
