What You'll Do

In a bustling environment, you will leverage your exceptional organizational skills and customer service expertise to provide top-notch support to our dedicated service team.

• Administrative Excellence: Handle essential tasks such as filing, records management, and providing administrative support to our local team.
• Financial Management: Responsible for processing invoices, assisting with debtor management, as well as assisting with petty cash, corporate card transactions, and reconciliations for our clients.
• Other Tasks: Liaising with external and internal stakeholders and assisting with fleet management.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a similar role
• A calm and organized approach to your work
• A keen eye for accuracy and detail
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Familiarity with database systems and financial/records management (a plus!)
• A Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (we're here to help with this!)
• Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
