What's My Job?
You are a Business Director in the Business Management team. You're helping clients navigate their brand journey, supporting both their creative direction and their business strategy.
You sit at the intersection between strategic vision and creative execution, building client relationships and working in a dynamic team to deliver high quality results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all work is executed to the highest standard and exceed client expectations.
A Day in the Life
* You treat your clients' businesses like they are your own.
* You participate in client discussions, offering thoughtful guidance that helps them navigate the constantly evolving landscape.
* You keep an eye on the big picture, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, but also dive deep when the details matter most.
* You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including editorial, creative, tech, design, and production to ensure smooth project execution.
* You contribute to innovation initiatives, whether it's incorporating AI into processes or supporting creative collaborations that make an impact.
* You thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, always keeping projects on track while ensuring high quality work that meets client needs.
How will we know that you are the one?
* You have experience managing projects or clients in an advertising environment. You know how to work with; traffic, design, editorial, PR/Influence, production teams... not just work with them, but excel in working with them.
* You have a good understanding of your clients' businesses, needs and strategy. You're proactive in identifying client needs and helping to address them.
* You balance client needs with team goals, focusing on building strong relationships and contributing to measurable growth.
* You're comfortable with innovative technologies and understand how they enhance creativity while maintaining realistic production timelines.
* You communicate clearly and confidently, whether sharing feedback with the team or presenting ideas to clients.
* You're experienced in leading large scale accounts and heading up projects that move fast and are constantly evolving.
Other things that will make you excel in this role
* 5+ years experience managing client relationships across teams within the advertising industry, on a retail/fashion client is a big plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
* Ability to understand both technical capabilities and creative execution.
* Attention to detail that is second to none.
* Commercial awareness with developing business acumen.
