Retail Service Consultant – Pool & Spa Industry

Tribe Workforce Solutions has partnered with one of Australia’s largest and most trusted pool and spa companies as their recruitment partner. We are now recruiting for a Retail Service Consultant to support continued growth and exceptional customer service within a busy retail hub.
While this is a customer-facing retail role, it is also administration-heavy and best suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing systems, paperwork and processes alongside customer service.
About the Role
As a Retail Service Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while also supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Accuracy, organisation and follow-through are just as important as sales ability in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional, friendly service to new and existing customers
* Build customer confidence, repeat business and referrals
* Conduct water testing and provide accurate chemical and equipment solutions
* Process orders, deliveries, invoicing and customer transactions
* Support business administration including finance, debtors and record-keeping
* Maintain accurate system data, stock records and documentation
* Participate in stock management, ordering and stocktakes
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness
* Support local marketing, sales and promotional activities
* Assist with store opening and closing where required
* Maintain a safe and clean retail environment in line with WHS policies
* Attend training sessions and staff meetings

* Well-maintained records, stock levels and visual standards

Skills & Attributes
* Proven administration experience in a retail, service or customer-facing role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience
* Experience in the pool or spa industry is highly regarded but not essential – full training provided
* Confident using computer systems, POS and basic finance processes
* Comfortable with cash handling
* Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently
