As a leading provider of innovative billing solutions for Australian medical specialists, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our tech infrastructure as we scale our product and service offering to reach new markets and opportunities.ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a tight-knit development team to design, build, and maintain Medicnet's online medical invoicing software and billing platform.Provide input into technology and infrastructure decisions that will enable the business to grow sustainably.Proactively identify and implement improvements to systems architecture, performance, and security as part of a long-term technical roadmap.Manage your own projects from concept through to delivery.Collaborate across business functions to understand user and operational needs, translating them into robust, scalable technical solutions.Contribute to an agile development process and help prioritise evolving business and technical requirements.Conduct testing, code reviews, and documentation to ensure quality, performance, and security.RequirementsWe value demonstrated experience and problem-solving ability over formal qualifications.
To thrive in this role, you will need:Demonstrated experience designing, planning, and managing ICT systems and infrastructure — especially in the context of a small business transitioning into a more complex organisation.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong project leadership experience with the ability to manage competing priorities and discover the path that delivers the greatest value.A strategic mindset when it comes to systems design, scaling, and security.A collaborative, flexible, and open-minded approach.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.Australian work rights and availability to work remotely on a full-time basis (we supply your IT equipment).
Availability to travel to a yearly weekend company conference and occasional internal in person meetings.Highly DesirableExperience with DHS ECLIPSE (Department of Human Services Electronic Claim Lodgement and Information Processing Service Environment).
