PureBean Coffee is on the lookout for a National Sales Manager to help lead the next stage of our growth.
We're not your typical coffee company—we combine great products, service that actually delivers, and a growing national footprint across offices, venues and premium workspaces.
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Has experience building strong B2B relationships, ideally with multi-site and national clients
* Has Coffee industry experience
* Is confident managing key accounts and high-value deals
* Gets the numbers and drives results, but doesn't just chase a spreadsheet
* Is hands-on, down-to-earth, and willing to do what needs to be done
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading our national sales strategy, including major customer acquisition and retention
* Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
* Working with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Identifying opportunities in new markets and sectors
* Finding, preparing and executing tenders for major accounts and government contracts
