About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, responsible for creating future employment opportunities for job seekers by identifying areas for development, upskilling and training. Effective networking with local employers is crucial to this role, as we aim to find opportunities for our job seekers while also educating employers about the benefits and incentives we offer.
Key Responsibilities
* Navigating relationships with community organizations that work with people with disabilities, illness or injury to explain our services
* Developing strong relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, to understand their capacity to work, employment preferences and required support, skills and knowledge
* Maintaining regular contact with employers and customers after they start work to review progress and address any issues promptly
* Collaborating with local community services as needed to address barriers to employment faced by customers

* Previous experience in a recruitment role or similar, confident in reverse marketing and target-driven results
* A true people person who enjoys meeting and building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* An ability to network effectively and engage with local employers and organizations to source employment opportunities for our job seekers
* The capacity to balance empathy with working in a fast-paced, result-focused environment
* Strong administrative, compliance and IT capabilities
Job Requirements: A proven track record in recruitment or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, proficiency in relevant software and systems
