Speech Pathologist Role

We are currently seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multi-discipline team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention, and support to children with developmental delays or disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide family-centered speech pathology assessment, intervention, and support to children with developmental delays or disabilities.
* Complete professional written documentation for intervention and support.
* Offer timely consultancy support to collaborative team members, families, and other agencies.
* Liaise with families, primary contacts, and other stakeholders regarding the child's goals and how speech pathology intervention will work towards these goals.
* Collaborate with clients, families, group homes, client support networks, schools, and interdisciplinary disability-related health teams working within the person-centered practice paradigm.
Essential Criteria:
* Hold a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) degree.
* Be eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Hold current certification for NDIS Worker Orientation module completion.
* Obtain a valid Working with Children check and NDIS worker screening check.
