Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Capability Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organisation, this role plays a crucial role in the delivery of our organisational capability strategy and internal communications.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), which includes uploading digital learning courses and resources, updating learning records, and running reports to ensure seamless operation.
* Monitoring policy compliance and sign-offs to guarantee adherence to established standards.
* Administration of company benefits program 'More for You' and associated reporting to provide insights into programme effectiveness.
* Coordination of inductions for key team members and arranging travel, accommodation, registrations where required to ensure smooth onboarding.
* Coordination of the Minor Hotels Awards Reward & Recognition program, including nominations, planning of the annual event, and promotion to foster a culture of recognition.
* Assisting with 'Have Your Say' Employee Engagement Survey program administration and action planning to drive continuous improvement.
* Assisting with 'Time for You' Performance Management administration and compliance to support effective employee development.
* Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility activities and report on these to showcase our commitment to social responsibility.
* Assist in creating internal marketing materials relating to Team Member engagement and maintain the People & Culture SharePoint page to facilitate knowledge sharing.
* Compile and distribute business communication mediums such as Town Hall, Minor Moments, and Wellness Wednesday to keep employees informed.
