About The Role
We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Department. Reporting to the YourIncentive Manager, you'll work closely with Operations and Finance stakeholders to ensure various incentive schemes are clearly defined, accurately implemented and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of data, systems and stakeholder engagement. You'll support the full lifecycle of incentive programs. From requirements gathering and build, through to reporting, optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
What You'll Be Doing
Incentive Scheme Management
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of YI, STI and MBS schemesDevelop and maintain SQL stored procedures and reporting datasetsDeliver fortnightly and monthly incentive results with high accuracyProvide performance insights and contribute to periodic effectiveness reviewsSupport advisors and leaders with incentive-related queries
Data, Reporting & Automation
Source, transform and validate data from multiple systemsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using BI toolsAutomate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventionPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
Stakeholder & Governance Support
Partner with Operations, Finance and Data Platform teamsMaintain documentation, governance standards and reporting processesSupport compliance, remediation analysis and risk-related investigations
About You
1+ years' experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roleExperience working with SQL Server, stored procedures and ETL conceptsStrong data modelling and reporting capabilityExperience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikConfident working with large data sets and transforming them into actionable insightsStrong Excel skills
You'll also bring:

Experience within insurance or financial services is desirable but not essential.
