Coastal Advisory (CAA) is a rapidly growing national financial services firm with offices across four states and a team of over 100 professionals. Over the past 12 months, the business has achieved approximately 50% headcount growth, reflecting strong performance and continued expansion.
We operate across Perth, Brisbane, Coastal NSW, South Australia and Melbourne, with teams working collaboratively across locations. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our people nationally and contribute to the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, hands-on HR role responsible for leading the day-to-day HR function while partnering closely with senior leaders and managers across all offices nationally.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide practical and commercially sound HR advice, ensure effective delivery of HR operations, and support the implementation of people initiatives aligned to business growth across a geographically dispersed workforce.
About You
We are seeking a capable and confident HR professional who brings both experience and a willingness to continue learning and developing.
You will have proven experience in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role, together with strong working knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practice. You will be confident advising managers and senior leaders across multiple locations on employee relations, performance management and people risk matters, applying sound judgement to balance commercial outcomes with compliance and cultural considerations.
You will possess clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across a national workforce. Strong organisational capability and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment are essential. A proactive mindset, resilience, and a high level of ownership and accountability will be critical to success in this role.
You will be comfortable supporting a geographically dispersed team and ensuring consistency in people practices across all offices.
