About the role
As Manager ofResidential Services at Green Hills Residential Care in East Maitland, you will ensure our 166 bed home delivershigh-quality, person-centred care to our residents that honours their dignity,preferences and individual stories. You will:
* Oversee all site operations including budgets, workforce, and service delivery to ensure seamless, high-quality care
* Lead quality and compliance activities to enable person-centred care that honours each resident's dignity, preferences and needs
* Inspire, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team fostering a positive workplace culture built on respect and collaboration
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders through compassionate, transparent communication
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement as we strive to be better and meet the changing needs of residents
* Manage financial performance while never compromising on care excellence
* Leverage the expertise of our central team to ensure full compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024, Quality Standards, and all regulatory requirements.
About you
You are acompassionate, strategic leader with proven aged care management experience whobelieves in creating spaces where people truly belong and:
* Relevant qualifications in Health, Nursing or Management
* Demonstrated experience in Residential Aged Care (RAC) Management or senior clinical leadership positions
* Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams including managers, team leaders, clinical, care and support teams
* Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and contemporary clinical practices
* Demonstrated success in financial management and operational planning
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with residents, families, and employees
* Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and able to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism
