We are currently seeking a qualified Management Accountant to work on a full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.

Keys Responsibilities :
* Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
* Prepare sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
* Budgeting and reporting.
* Assist in conducting analysis, profitability reports and present accurate data and financial analysis to internal customers.
* Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
* Review, develop, and implement financial systems, processes, financial models, and reports to provide reliable and useful financial information for the various departments and management.
* Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
* Comply with all policies of the Company, which are in place from time to time.
* Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
* Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
* Prepare cash flow forecasts.
* Analysis trends and financial performance across business units.
* Play a lead role in compiling the annual budget with senior management.
* Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
* Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
* Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Skills Requirement :
* Relevant qualification in Administration / Accounting / Commerce or related disciplines
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* Experience in project cost planning, scheduling, and development of Financial Reports
* MS Office skills i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
* Sound knowledge of costing / management accounting practices
* Strong organizational and managerial skills
* Ability to work with deadlines
* Self-motivated, confident, ability to work under own initiative, and great attention to detail
Salary base between 70k – 80k (depending on qualifications / experience), plus superannuation.
