About the Project
The Kidston Pumped Storage Hydro Project is Australia's first pumped hydro energy storage system, located at a former gold mine site in North Queensland.

Your Role:
* Coordinate daily mechanical construction activities during installation and commissioning phases.
* Ensure compliance with integrated management systems and project execution plans.
* Maintain strict HSE and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead mechanical subcontractors and teams on-site.
* Collaborate closely with project engineers and planners to align site works with project milestones.
About You:
* Trade qualified or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical supervision on major infrastructure or hydro projects.
* In-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project controls in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Strong technical literacy—able to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Solid understanding of integrated management systems and construction standards.
