Join Minchin Moore, a leading wealth advisory firm, as our next Operations Manager. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll partner with senior leaders (Managing Partner, CFO, CTO, CIO) to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support firm-wide growth. You’ll oversee our Client Service Managers, Client Service Officers, provide strategic guidance to the Paraplanning team, and play a critical role in embedding compliance, uplifting capability, and enabling technology adoption. This role is key to ensuring advisers and clients receive exceptional support and service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the CSO team nationally, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Provide strategic oversight to the Paraplanning team, collaborating with the Team Leader. Drive process improvement, automation, and best-practice operating models across offices. Champion compliance and ensure policies, procedures, and standards are embedded. Develop and deliver structured training, including the “Minchin Moore Curriculum.” Partner with the CTO to optimise technology adoption and workflow systems. Oversee operational integration for new advisers, mergers, and acquisitions. Manage adviser and client transition processes, including data migration and onboarding. Track outcomes using feedback and data, driving continual improvement. Collaborate closely with leadership to support firm-wide strategic initiatives. What You Bring: 5 years leadership experience in financial planning/wealth management operations. Proven expertise in operations management, compliance, and process improvement. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Advanced Xplan expertise (configuration, coding, and datafeeds). Project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent desirable).
