Cookers Bulk Oil System Pty Ltd is expanding We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our growth in Tasmania. With an established customer base, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established national business and help build something from the ground up.

As a Cookers BDM, you'll play a key role in managing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities across the state. While based in Hobart, you'll travel frequently to the north of Tasmania and will work closely with our sales team nationally. This role suits a self-starter who's confident working independently and can bring energy, professionalism, and strategic thinking to a new market.

What You'll Be Doing

* Manage and grow a portfolio
* Develop new business through strategic prospecting and cold calling
* Build strong relationships across hospitality, food manufacturing, and distribution sectors
* Deliver tailored proposals and solutions aligned with customer needs
* Travel within Tasmania to maintain strong local presence and service delivery
* Report to the State Manager and work collaboratively with the wider sales and operations teams

Who We're Looking For

* Experience in sales, account management or business development (ideally B2B)
* A strong communicator who can build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
* A passion for service and the ability to identify value-driven solutions
* Food industry experience and local networks in hospitality or foodservice will be highly regarded
* A full driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the state
