About the role
Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients with a strong focus on chronic disease management and health assessments. Potential future opportunities to complete also tasks involving recalls, cold chain management, sterilisation, triage, vaccinations and wound care.
Skills & experience
* Previous experience working in general practice
* Strong communication and time management skills
* A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
* Chronic Disease Management
* Qualifications in Medication and Intravenous Therapy Administration desirable (evidence required if applicable)
* EEN with AHPRA registration & able to use Best Practice Medical Software
